Hello my name is Brodie.

Hello my name is BRODIE.  I am either four or five years old.  Age isn’t as important to us sheep as it is to you humans. I used to live next door to the Sanctuary.  I saw all the treats that the resident sheep got and how fat most of them were.  I thought I could be like that. So one spring I jumped the fence bringing my two lambs with me.  Well, I know they had got to the naughty wandering off stage but I wouldn’t have left them behind.  I was a bit nervous and wary of the people here at first. Well, I’d never been spoken to before or petted or offered treats let alone from someone’s hand.  But now I know the ropes and am first in the queue when the Rich Tea Biscuits are being handed out.  My best friend is Badger another ewe who was rescued from some where else.  One of my lambs has stayed with me but the other spends more time with the younger sheep in our flock.  Janet says that she has offered to buy the three of us from the farmer but he seems to have forgotten all about us, thankfully.  Whatever the cost Janet says that now I’ve found a safe home bringing my lambs with me that we will be kept here.  I knew it was the right thing to do to jump that fence I don’t want to have to do it in reverse.  Please sponsor me.
