Update on Skippy the Kitten
Some of you may remember Skippy the kitten found at the bottom of a rubbish skip when he was only about three days old. Well, three months on and Skippy, thanks to his mum and dad Caz and Dave, is thriving and growing into a very healthy and extremely happy cat. Doted on by his new family and Sanctuary staff Skippy will have a very happy Christmas indeed – THANK YOU TO HIS RESCUERS AT THE LOCAL SKIP COMPANY.

Vet hangs head in Shame
Some of you may also remember Silver and Fawn two handsome rabbits who were brought to us by a local family earlier in the year. Our vet assured us that these were two boys. Well, much to everyone’s surprise including the vet, Fawn is now a very proud mum. Meanwhile Silver has revisited the vet and come back minus a few bits as we don’t really want lots of bunnies at the Sanctuary. Once Sliver’s operation has settled down, or shall we say taken affect, he will then rejoin Fawn.

Collared doves win take over Bid
As you can see from their picture the local Collared Doves have successfully ousted the Starlings from prime position in one of the top paddocks – handy for goose, turkey, rabbit and Arch Angel Dove food leftovers. The Starlings have re-located further down one of the fields on the telegraph wires. For now…….
